From raw PVC compound to finished tarpaulin — every step happens under our roof. No outsourcing, no subcontracting. Full vertical manufacturing means full quality control.

Step 1 — Material Selection

100% Virgin PVC Compound & High-Tenacity Scrim

We start with what matters most: the raw materials. Our PVC compound is 100% virgin — never recycled — sourced from top-grade suppliers. The polyester base scrim is high-tenacity, providing the structural backbone that gives our tarpaulin its tear resistance.

Step 2 — Double-Sided Coating

PVC Coating on Four Production Lines

The polyester scrim passes through our coating lines where liquid PVC compound is applied to both sides under controlled temperature and pressure. This creates the waterproof, UV-resistant, and durable outer layer that defines quality tarpaulin.

Step 3 — Precision Cutting

Automated Cutting to Custom Dimensions

The coated fabric is moved to our cutting floor where automated cutting tables slice it to the exact dimensions specified by each customer order. Whether it's a 6x12m truck cover or a 20x40m construction enclosure, we cut to your specs — not to standard sizes.

Step 4 — HF Welding & Assembly

High-Frequency Welding for Seamless Joints

Cut panels are joined using high-frequency (HF) welding — not glued or sewn. HF welding fuses the PVC at a molecular level, creating seams that are as strong as the base material itself. This is the critical difference between tarpaulin that lasts and tarpaulin that fails.

Step 5 — Quality Control

Batch Testing in Our QC Laboratory

Every production batch is sampled and tested in our in-house QC laboratory. Tensile strength, tear resistance, peel adhesion, flame retardancy (for FR grades), and UV stability are all verified against international standards before the batch is approved for packing.

Step 6 — Packaging & Export

Palletized, Wrapped, and Container-Loaded

Approved tarpaulin is folded, palletized, and shrink-wrapped for export. We load containers on-site at our factory dock — no transit damage, no third-party handling. Your goods go from our production floor directly into a sealed container.
